Board of Directors of South Mesa Water Company has announced to company stockholders the annual meeting will be held at the South Mesa Water Company, 391 West Avenue L, Calimesa, California on Tuesday, February 25th at 6:00 p.m.. As the law requires a 20% representation to have a quorum in order to hold a business meeting, stockholders are urged to attend the meeting or return their proxies to South Mesa Water Company. Meeting notice and proxies were mailed to shareholders on January 31st.
Present directors of the board are George Jorritsma, President, Lyle Hughes, Gary Wilson, James Crampton and Paul Wagner. The purpose of the meeting is to elect a board of directors for 2020 and for such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
