Direct Debit is a free payment service offered by South Mesa Water Company (SMWC). With this option, you will continue to receive a paper statement by mail and your payment will be automatically deducted from your checking account on the 15th of the month of your billing cycle. It’s free and easy.

Other Electronic Options
Your financial institution may offer online banking as an option to pay your SMWC bill. Please note, depending on your financial institution, this form of payment may take 5-7 business days to get to us. Please take this into consideration when choosing this payment method. Over the Phone
Customers may pay their bill over the phone during normal business hours. There is no fee for this service. We accept debit and credit cards displaying any of the following logos: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. To make a payment by phone call our office at (909) 795-2401.
Mail your water bill payment stub along with your check or money order in the courtesy reply envelope provided with your bill. If the envelope is missing, the payment address is:

Water bill payments may be made in person at our office at 391 W. Avenue L in Calimesa. Office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
For payments after hours or on weekends and holidays, a secure drop-box is conveniently located next to the front door of our office. Payments received in the drop box will be processed on the next business day.
